Return & Exchange Policy


Products purchased directly from Sempli.com can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the shipping date if the product is in perfect condition and in the original packaging. To start your claim, please follow the process listed below.  

1. Fill out this form and e-mail it to [email protected]: RMA FORM DOWNLOAD 

2. Once received a representative will contact you with a RMA number and detailed instructions.
3. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Any package received without an RMA number cannot be processed.
4. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original shipping package (if possible) and include original packing slip and copy of claim. All packages must be returned prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D deliveries.

After the package has been received and inspected by Sempli, the refund or exchange will typically be processed within 14 days. All returns are for store credit or exchange. All authorized returns will incur a 20% +$5 restocking charge, contingent upon safe return of goods. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If you received an item as a gift, we will gladly offer an exchange for an item of equal value, subject to availability.

NOTE:
-Claim must be made within 10 days of shipping date.
- Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in all original, intact, and unopened packaging.
- Returns received by Sempli without an RMA number cannot be processed and no refund can be given.
- Products purchased at an authorized Sempli retailer should be returned directly to the store it was purchased. Please contact individual retailer for any claims.
- We will only cover or refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item or if the item is defective *. Sempli is not responsible for any incorrectly inputted addresses or postal issues.
